We have been building frame houses for more than 20 years in Latvia, Norway and Sweden.

We have our own factory in Latvia, which allows us to offer a good price.

We provide a 5-year warranty on all our houses.

Frame houses:

– these are houses built using frame technology, where the main load-bearing element of the house is a wooden frame, which is subsequently covered with insulation and finishing materials.

BENEFITS

Benefits of frame houses:

Rapid construction

frame houses are built much faster than traditional brick houses

Cost-effectiveness

frame houses are cheaper to build compared to other methods

Energy efficiency grade A++

excellent thermal insulation significantly reduces heating costs

VARIANTS

Installation of a modular home

Modular frame house

The house is manufactured entirely at the factory in the workshop in the form of ready-made modules, which are transported to the installation site by special transport. Manufacturing a house in the workshop takes an average of 2 months. On the site, the modules are connected to each other and the house is immediately ready for living. It takes one day to install the house.

Construction of a panel-frame house

Panel frame house

Ready-made wall panels are manufactured at the factory. Then they are installed on the site, after which the interior and exterior of the house are finished. The installation of panels takes 4 days, and the exterior and interior finishing takes 2.5 months.

Precut. Construction of a frame house

Precut frame houses

Precut is a technology for building frame houses, in which the elements of the house structure (boards, beams, posts, crossbars, etc.) are pre-fabricated and cut at the factory in accordance with the project. After that, the finished parts are marked, packaged, delivered to the construction site, where they are quickly assembled. This is the equivalent of Lego in frame construction.

DIFFERENCES

The main differences between modular and panel frame houses, as well as precut technology:

The modular home is manufactured in a factory under controlled conditions. It is not affected by weather conditions.

The modules have standard sizes, so the sizes of the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms are generally the same in different models. You can evaluate and feel the dimensions in the Boxstyle demo house.

Panel frame houses have more options for planning solutions. Therefore, you can choose a house from a larger number of options offered.

The cost of foundations for modular houses is significantly lower compared to the cost of foundations for a panel frame house, so you need to take this factor into account when comparing the selling price of a modular or panel frame house. The cost of construction with pre-cut technology is significantly lower, as there are savings in material and labour costs

The energy efficiency of modular and panel frame houses, as well as houses built using pre-cut technology, is the same, therefore their heating costs are also the same

Using pre-cut technology, it is possible to build a house on a site where it is impossible to install a modular or panel frame house due to the impossibility of access for heavy equipment.

If you have individual requirements for the project and special desires, then it is easier to implement it in a panel frame house or pre-cut technology
